
Shipping Policy
DELIVERY
Consumers are responsible for tracking their package once we ship it. If your order has not been delivered within 14 days after placing the order, please inform us promptly. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages after 14 days from the order date. It is your responsibility to track the order and notify us immediately of any issues.
WRONG ADDRESS
We cannot be held accountable for orders that are shipped to the wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the address entered to ensure the order is delivered correctly. If you realize that your address is incorrect after the package has been shipped, please contact the shipper right away.

Signature Delivery
ALL packages will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you OPT out you are fully responsible for the lost or stolen package and you cannot file a dispute in the event the package gets lost or stolen. We will not handle any investigations through the shipping company if the package is lost or stolen. We are NOT Responsible for any mishaps whatsoever. You are solely responsible.
Purple Rose Luxury Hair is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
SHIPPING DELAYS
For your convenience, it’s always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment, or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our shipping partner.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, sales, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Processing times are normally longer during sales. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day. Please keep this in mind when calculating shipping times. We entrust our shipping carriers to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
Signature Confirmation will be required on all orders. If no signature is given upon delivery, Purple Rose Luxury Hair will not be held liable for undelivered packages.
Customers are responsible for tracking their package once we ship it. For any return packages, customers must repay for shipping to get the package reshipped.
Orders ordered online cannot be picked up in person unless pick-up is selected on the original order.
