 REFUND/ RETURN POLICY

All transactions and purchases made on the Purple Rose Luxury Hair site have a no return or exchange policy unless it can be clearly shown that the product shipped is defective. All sales are final.

If you received the wrong product, are missing any products, or have concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise. Send an email with appropriate photos to support your claim to purpleroseluxuaryhair@gmail.com.

Please ensure to double-check your order before proceeding to checkout as no modifications may be submitted, processed, or shipped orders.

please note: all CUSTOMIZED ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-EXCHANGEABLE 

Before submitting your order for a return please note:

The product returned shall be inspected immediately. Please ensure that the following conditions are fulfilled before returning the product:

  • The product MUST be in unused and original condition;

  • Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used or altered in any way. We adhere to this strict policy in regards to federal law, health regulations and hygiene concerns.

  • You MUST inform about the return of the product to us within 48 hours;

  • You MUST not unravel, wet, play with, cut the lace, or install hair

  • The return package MUST include everything that arrived with the package when you made the purchase, including price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, accessories, cards, and any other documentation.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection. If you are approved, then we will issue you a store credit to make future purchases on the site.

ROUTE PACKAGE INSURANCE
Please add Route Package Insurance at Checkout. If you OPT out you are fully responsible for the lost or stolen package and you cannot file a dispute in the event the package gets lost or stolen. We will not handle any investigations through the shipping company if the package is lost or stolen. We are NOT Responsible for any mishaps whatsoever. You are solely responsible. 

Purple Rose Luxury Hair is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

ORDER CANCELATIONS

In certain circumstances the order is approved to be canceled, a store credit will be issued. This store credit can be utilized for purchases both in-person and online, and will remain valid for a duration of 6 months. Please be aware that it is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. However, store credit may be combined with other promotions. 

INCORRECT ORDERS

Purple Rose Luxury Hair will not be held accountable for any product(s) that customers mistakenly purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm they are selecting the correct item before completing their payment.

WRONG ADDRESS 

Purple Rose Luxury Hair will not be held accountable for orders that are shipped to the wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the address entered to ensure the order is delivered correctly. If you realize that your address is incorrect after the package has been shipped, please contact the shipper right away.

READY TO WEAR WIGS

Ready-to-wear wigs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The wig can only be returned or exchanged unless it can be clearly shown that the product shipped is defective. You must inspect the wig immediately after you receive it. Please contact us within 48 hours after getting your wig if you have any issues. 

Extra verification may be required for some orders. We will require identification to prove that the order was in fact made by the card/account owner. In the case additional identification is required, we will email or call you to send in the government-issued ID needed to fulfill your order. 

Please note: Any fraudulent or potentially fraudulent orders will be canceled immediately and reported to the FBI

To ensure speedy delivery, we process orders daily, minus holidays and weekends. Therefore, an order may not be altered or changed once your payment is verified and completed.

Purple Rose Luxury Hair reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, policies, or sales at any given time. Please check our policies often for any changes.
